Other Countries that Winning Moves make Top Trumps for are: Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Iran. Different countries sometimes make exclusive packs for that country or others that speak the same language. This combination of Dubreq and FX Schmid led to a flurry of titles and packs towards the end of the '70's.

Mid 2009, it was announced that Winning Moves UK have been in discussions with parties to try and create a version of Top Trumps for the iPhone. Top Trumps is the name of a series of themed card games first introduced by the UK company Dubreq in the 1970's.The very first series of top trumps included ten titles of which 5 were cars: Cars, Sports Cars, Super Cars, Racing Cars and Dragsters the remainding decks were still all vehicle based. These include the spider (non-moveable), Optimus prime (robot mode only, non-moveable) and Wrestling arena with a fist coming through it ( WWE). Games made include: Horror, Skyscrapers, ODI Stars (Unavailable as packs), World Football Stars, NBA 2K9, Sharks and Star Wars, Armchair General (Unavailable as packs) and Bratz. In 1982, another games manufacturers realised the huge potential of Top Trumps and their massive popularity, Waddingtons. During the mid/late '70's Dubreq, really made the impression and set the standard and the play format we have come to now know.

There are multiple football packs released each year, for clubs including Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool. The game of Top Trumps originated from the game of Quartetts that was originally designed for children as an educational activity that could be played anywhere. The Royal Society of Chemistry has produced a pack of Visual Elements Trumps, using element data for play. These promotional packs were released under their own licence and the content is wide and various covering such subjects as Football, Snooker, Mobile Phones to Porn Stars. Many a playtime was spent playing with, WW2 tanks, planes, jets, cars, even special horror decks and mini top trumps.

The Activity packs combine the game play of Trumps but offer up much more for the younger fans and with the pack in a tuck box as opposed to the small Winning Moves case it made for easier storage but less durability. One-off packs for Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, Hull City, and Everton have also been released. Players are eliminated when they lose their last card, and the winner is the player who obtains the whole pack. a competition to win a flight on Concorde (offer expired 31st January 1977) and/or an offer to receive a 60 X 80 cm colour poster of Concorde in exchange for 4 Credit Cards (10 points each, one per pack) and 18p to cover post and packing. The Star Wars Tournament also comes with a new Star Wars pack, Star Wars: 30 Greatest Moments with a card for each greatest moment in the films.
