Description

While the entries to these volumes will continue to grow - the FBI estimates that there are at least 50 serial killers operating in the United States at any given time - The World Encyclopedia of Serial Killers is as complete as possible through the end of 2017.

The audio version was let down by the over-dubbing with either correction or additional info on various sections of the book. This revision of the 1999 resource of the same title (released in paperback in 2000) builds on the first edition by adding new entries and black-and-white photos as well as updating the original content. I thought that their minds are so creative and that there is no way in hell these events could be remotely true in real life.

While the entries to these volumes will continue to grow—the FBI estimates that there are at least fifty serial killers operating in the United States at any given time— The World Encyclopedia of Serial Killers is as complete as possible through the end of 2017. Not always axe-wielding madmen, they could be anyone you meet-your neighbor, your colleague, or even your partner. Only about 300 pages are dedicated to the main content, the rest are lengthy index, appendices, etc. New major serial killers have come to light since the first edition was published, and many older cases have been solved (such as the Green River Killer) or further investigated (like Jack the Ripper and the ""Zodiac"" Killer).

This book includes major serial killers, as well as many older cases that have been solved, such as the Green River Killer, or further investigated like Jack the Ripper and the Zodiac Killer. You will find these killers and approximately 175 others plus approximately 225 Unsolved Serial Killer cases in this fourth book in the series of The World Encyclopedia of Serial Killers.
