I initially was going to put in the largest one and then decided on the second-largest one before I closed the pedal assembly. For the Trustmaster wheels that do not support a handbrake natively, you can get the DriveHub to make any USB handbrake of the three – Fanatec ClubSport, Thrustmaster TSS or Aiologs handbrake work on Xbox One. Took about an hour to install (swapped the clutch/gas spring for better throttle control while it was open) and everything worked great. Save your money and go this route if you down have money flowing from your backside to get a full DD setup.Now I can dose the throttle better and together with the very good brake I can progress much better. But I don’t have such experience like others using this mod and I didn’t want to give it bad review, because I don’t wont to be that guy who is giving bad review just because he can and I don’t think designer of this mod deserves it. I bought castors with brakes… a little easier since I stopped sliding backward, but sill less than ideal.

I cant see the point in going for a load cell over this as it seems to perfom in the real world in a VERY similar way to a load cell. Strain Gauge Load Cells use an electrical strain gauge to measure the small bending of a spring element, which is often a metal beam. Even though the standard brake pedal of the G923 is already better than that of a G29/G920, this mod is on a completely different level. I have a box with weights behind my pedal assembly that sits between the pedal assembly and the room’s wall. As soon as I fitted it (easy instal as well) I noticed a massive difference, within a few laps of each track my lap times came down significantly.For all Thrustmaster racing wheels, you can use any USB handbrake like the Fanatec ClubSport, Thrustmaster TSS or Aiologs handbrake by connecting it to the USB port on PC. One thing to note: I was surprised by the amount of force required to detach the three wires from the G29 assembly. I don’t know if I have improve my times but the feeling with the brake now is fantastic, is much much easier to control the power of the brakes now, finally I can drive without ABS and learn to race properly. Although Logitech does not make a handbrake for their racing wheels, you can use any of the three USB handbrakes – Fanatec ClubSport, Thrustmaster TSS or Aiologs handbrake with the DriveHub to make them work with Logitech G920 on Xbox One. I loosened that bolt a touch to give it a bit of free rotation and the noise has since stopped, maybe a small piece of advice if anyone has the same issue, it’s definitely not the truebrake.
