Over the past year, we’ve heard from SO many folks who’ve not just read the book, but DONE the book and created extraordinary results in the process. Read these three letters to inspire you to use the figureoutable mindset to create the life you want.

It does. I remember having a conversation with Dani Shapiro about this, and she was telling me how... I forget how many. It might have been 12,000 words. It was just an enormous amount. And she was like, "Marie, just done, gone." Was not working.

So I have a friend of mine who is a painter and she's awesome. We were talking just about the creative process and I was going into a new project and I said, "I'm taking myself away." I was going to just fly across the country. Josh is going to be in New York. I was going to be in LA for a while to just kind of get into it. I'm going to do Time Genius. But at any rate, so putting boundaries around time, I think that's the most important habit of all. But health is just key. Liz tells a really funny story like, "If you know you're going to write at 5:00 AM tomorrow morning, you don't binge watch Netflix. You don't drink a bottle of wine the night before. You really got to think about it." I said, "Why can't I use the same mechanism to force myself to make major progress in my book proposal?" I told Josh, my partner, I was like, "Look, you're going to have to just bring me the food. I'm not doing anything for a few days-"

Everything is Figureoutable: One Simple Belief to Create Unstoppable Success (2019) ISBN 978-0525534990 Business coach Marie Forleo explains how she created her dream job and got hundreds of thousands of fans". Business Insider. In my experience, when you become aware of a behavior that's been getting in your way and simply notice it--without judging yourself for what you discover--that behavior melts away on its own. ..."Mrs. Forleo, I saw your credentials. You do not have a degree in psychology or social work, who are you to tell your female readers to get over their trauma? Also, you say that women should accept men "as is", but how come women have to change themselves to suit their needs? This isn't a book about bettering yourself, this is a sham about fitting a pretty box to be attractive. A box that says that you should be a sexually liberated woman with no rules about dating, but isn't allowed to be human, have any negative thought in your mind ever, think only about what men want, never ask for more because it makes you look clingy and needy, don't ever have baggage, just be pretty for men. But hey, this is for you to be irresistible! Be yourself, but not too much because men only want one type of woman and that is the woman that Forleo asks you to be! Hahaha!! Marie Forleo: If you’ve listened to this show for any amount of time, you know I often interview authors about their books, but given everything that’s happening right now, I thought it would be fun to curate a little reading list just for you specifically about creativity. You can find the full list of all the books on the blog if you google, “Marie Forleo books to read on creativity.” Group: Are you mad? Are you upset? Are you sad? Come here, bae. Let me give you a hug because you act like nobody’s showing you love. And powerful than when I sit down and drill out a sentence. But I think I might need to give myself a little bit of voice on that and at least get the bones down and then we can edit away. Have you ever struggled to bring a creative vision to life? Welcome to the club. I’ve yet to meet a single human who hasn’t felt frustrated and overwhelmed by the creative process.

Speaker 6: I don’t know if you realized this, and I’m sure you hear this all the time, but what you’re doing is incredibly powerful, like you are changing so many people’s lives, and there’s so many people out here that are seeking and wanting better. And we just get drawn into expectations and what the world wants from us. So Marie, please don’t stop doing what you’re doing. I hope it keeps growing and I hope you keep being successful because it means that you can share with more people. But you’ve really changed my life. And I think you’ve changed a lot of people’s lives. And getting a little emotional. So I found for me that I'm a very collaborative person. When I did my first book, I actually hired a book coach simply to have somebody to talk to. Doubt that you have what it takes to bring your creative vision to life? Grace Bonney’s In the Company of Women may be the inspiration you need. In this episode of MarieTV, we do have some adult language. So if you do have little ones around, grab your headphones now. In this country, we have a real entertainment zombie sort of approach to our time. I think the national average is five hours of television a day. I mean, we take less vacation time than medieval peasants. You hear that? Less vacation time than medieval peasants. So you've got to fuel your life with good stuff. Good food, good water, good habits. Don't be a "clueless communicator." Be an active listener - no judgement, no filling in the other person's sentences whilst they talk. Really hear what they are saying as if it is the most interesting thing they will ever say.
