Also in that same lecture, Abu Suhaib quoted the statement of Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaahu-anhu) as follows: ” Follow and do not innovate, and hold unto the old affair for you have been sufficed.” He (Abu Suhaib) even questioned the proponents of Bidah Hasanah, asking them whether they are stupid or stubborn for holding onto this erroneous view! However, Abu Suhaib refrains from openly denouncing Al-Halabi and his innovations, even though the innovations of Ali Al-Halabi are also from the affairs of misguidance. Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri (rahimahullaah) stated: If what i’m saying doesn’t make sense to you then please ignore this post and move on, if however, it does, then read on.

my advice to you is to study — if a person has been spoken about, [my advice] is to study him, and to take the statements of the ones who critique men (Al-Naqidin) and to understand them, and to make sure of their authenticity, so this has been made clear to you then let a person judge out of awareness and conviction, not out of Taqlid of this or that person, nor out of extreme fanaticism for this or that person. And leave individuals so-and-so and so-and-so (i.e. do not let this be your main concern; leave this business aside); take this as a principle and transmit it to those who disagree (mentioned in the question) to understand the reality only and to know the Truth and to take themselves out of the group of those who are extremely biased towards falsehood. And I am not pleased that anyone should be extremely biased towards me ever. If I have made a mistake, then let he who happened upon my mistake tell me: You have made a mistake. May Allah bless you. And do not be extremely biased towards anyone, [neither] this one or that one.” (Khuturat Al-Kathib Wa Aatharahu Al-Sayyi’ah Wa Mawquf Al-Islam Minhu, minute: 56) Now, the Charity Commission has confirmed it is “assessing” the talks for any potential regulatory action, after nine groups, including the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism, wrote to Helen Stephenson, the regulator’s chief, to raise whether they should be stripped of their charitable status. In the above Tazkiyah Ali al-Halabi says that Abu Suhaib refutes the people of deviation! So why has Abu Suhaib refrained from refuting the innovations of Ali Al-Halabi after the scholars have clearly established that Ali Al-Halabi has innovated. Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri (rahimahullaah) stated: “If you loved a man for Allaah and then he innovated in Islaam and you didn’t hate him for it, you never truly loved him for Allaah.” ( http://maktabah-alfawaaid.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/ath-thawree-if-you-loved-man-for-allaah.html)

I don’t want copy and paste fatawa, nor do I want quotes from the salaf which YOU quote as you see fit. Speak with daleel and speak with justice. I do not intend to deal with this issue any further, as my teacher, who ironically is a student of Sheikh Rabee and Ibn Baz, has advised me. And this is how the real people of knowledge are – he advised me to continue calling to Tawheed and Sunnah and warning against Shirk and Bid’ah, with daleel. So I call to salafiyyah inshaa’Allah. If you claim I am a hizbee or an innovator then upon you is proof. Not proof that I gave a lecture in a place and then someone else came the next week to the same place, therefore I am an innovator?! Fear the fire whose fuel is men and stones. Bring me proof if you are truthful and sincere. And due to this, it has been reported concerning the one who wishes to be like the scholar who teaches the people good, that he will get a reward similar to that of (that Scholar). And the one who wishes to be like the rich person who spends his wealth in the path of Allah, (then) he will receive a reward similar to that of (that rich person) in accordance to his intention.

But let me tell you what REAL hizbiyyah is. When you only promote your own events or companies (which are personal business ventures) yet refute and criticise everyone else. It is widely known about some of the people that Al [ٱلۡوُسۡطَ] is only that which occupies the middle position between two things, and they do not call to attention the other meaning of this word, as mentioned in the Magnificent Qur’aan and the Prophetic Sunnah. [ٱلۡوُسۡطَ ] in the Islamic legislation is that which is ‘Superior.’ [Allaah (The Most High)] said: said: And Sheikh Salih al-Fawzan was asked – “Question: What is the ruling on those who force the people on accepting the ruling of Tabdi’ on some of the Du’at and basing their Wala’ wa Bara’ (their association and disassociation) on that, and boycotting the one who does not make Tabdi’ of that person”When you try to monopolise the dawah of salafiyyah. When you are the only “salafis” and everyone else “has been spoken about” or is a “hizbee”. When everyone else is an “unclear” salafi except those who agree with you. The campaigners who wrote to the Charity Commission on Thursday said: “We urge the Commission to launch an urgent investigation into the charities, with a view to taking further regulatory action, and to make a public statement reconfirming that the Commission will have no tolerance for Islamist extremism, including anti-Semitism, incitements to violence and the glorification of terrorism.” Sheikh Abdul Muhsin al-Abbaad was asked– Questioner: If one of the Shaikhs said about someone, ‘He is an innovator,’ is the student obliged to adopt this stance of calling that person an innovator? Or must he know why the person was called an innovator? Because this declaration of a person to be an innovator may have been applied to someone who is on the Sunnah?

The regulator’s guidance says trustees should be alert to the dangers of “extremist ideology” or “extremist views”, and must ensure charities do not “promote unlawful guidance or hatred on the grounds of race, religion or sexual orientation” or “glorify terrorism”.The sermons have caused outrage and piled pressure on the charities’ regulator to act. ‘Incitements to violence’ This newspaper has obtained eight sermons from figures at mosques across the country, including in London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, all of which are linked to registered charities receiving taxpayers’ money. And he was asked: “Ahsan Allah elaikum Sahib Al-Fadilah (literally: Companion of virtuousness, i.e. that he hafithahu Allah is a virtuous Sheikh), this questioner says: In recent times there has been an increase in insults by saying “so-and-so is not a Salafi, or is not of the Salafiyyin”, so is this statement considered one of Tabdi’, and if so, is establishing the proof against [the one being insulted this way] necessary?” The intent behind this is to understand that [الوسطية] in the religious context is that which is ‘best’ and the ‘Justice in the Religion’—(and it is) to follow that which Allaah (The Mighty)and Magestic) has commanded and keep away from that which He has forbidden. As for the explanation of [الوسطية] in the religious context with a meaning other than this meaning, it is (founded upon something) ready to crumble. It is a mirage which a thirsty one considers water (i.e. an illusion). [3] He replied –“Al-Sheikh Rabi’ hafithahu Allah: I advise the young Salafis wherever they are to not split apart because of so-and-so and so-and-so and to not become fanatically biased towards so-and-so or so-and-so, rather upon them with regards to the likes of these problems is to be prudent and certain [of what is being said] and to search for the Truth”
