Bella's runway show design made by Skyler in “ Amaya's Discovery” is inspired by Ariana Grande wearing Giambattista Valli at the 2020 Grammys. Having very opposing personalities and style, Jade is her closest in her friend group. With Jade advising, helping and defending her when ever the opportunity arises. When Bella wanted to risk her spot at Rainbow High for a competition to have a summer internship with Ramona Barnes, Jade talks her out of it. The following night when Bella can't sleep Jade keeps her distracted by taking her around the school. However Bella betrays Jade's trust and enters the competition anyways. Once Ms. Wright announces Bella's expulsion during class Jade is crushed. After class ends Jade runs to find Bella so she can say a tearful and heartfelt goodbye, Reminding Bella that no matter what happens she'll always be a part of their group. When Violet posts a video of Bella getting expelled and it goes viral, Bella talks to Jade in tears. Jade promises to make things right, and confronts Violet about the situation. Jade is initially very excited for Bella's return to Rainbow High, her face lighting up the second she lays eyes on her. However their relationship has changed once Bella returned. Jade believes Bella is upset with her because they haven't hung out or talked much since Bella's return. When Bella is leaving to the Sparkle Sister's Ski Lodge for winter break, Jade is the only one who doesn't say goodbye to her, instead shying away with an upset look on her face. During Radiant Week however they seem to have a big fight but they make up and talk a little afterwords. They seem to be on good terms once again for now. Jade's original prototype doll had darker skin and a very different style. It bears a strong resemblance to Karma Nichols, leading some fans to speculate that the prototype's design was eventually reworked into the latter's final doll. It is here she also meets Ruby, and after this everyone meets up with Ms. Wright who reveals their first semester project.Like most of her friends, Skyler was rather awkward and uncomfortable around Amaya when she first came to Rainbow High, seeing her as Bella's replacement. This opinion did change however when she learned of Amaya's impressive talents in fashion, a skill they both shared. Their relationship grew even more when they started to team up on designing outfits for their group, working together to design all of the runway outfits. When it comes to relationships, she's shown to have a boyfriend since 6th grade. Still, she has no tolerance for those who don't treat their partners well, and especially boys who hurt her. She previously was Colin's girlfriend, but shut it down immediately upon learning that he wanted to break up with her. Being the one interviewed and focused on, she goes on about her love of makeup and hair styling, telling of how sad she was when her friends didn't like her designs. She also reveals they never finished their escape room, with everyone instead letting her give them bonding makeovers, letting her know she was appreciated. While not much has been shown, her and Skyler are shown to be good friends, bonding over their love and tastes in fashion.

Jade, still very hurt by Bella's expulsion, is furious to see Bella's new replacement Amaya, showing the most distaste for her out of all the girls. As their class ends, Jade leads the rest of the girls in finding Bella and gives her one last goodbye. Jade in particular, gives a very heartfelt goodbye, assuring they will always remember her. After Bella leaves, Jade is angry to find out that Amaya is taking Bella's spot in the group and in their dorms. With such a large following, Violet's personality tends to revolve around her social media. She always has release forms on hand and her camera ready to capture any important moments. Even in high-stress situations, Violet can usually be seen recording or pondering how she can spin the moment for an episode of The Vi Life. While this can cause her to come off as insensitive or oblivious at times, it also makes her exceptionally friendly and charismatic. She also knows when to step down and allow someone else to tell their story, as seen when she lets Skyler and Ruby rehash the cheating drama with Colin on her vlog. Being shown on a recording that Naomi and Veronica took, she is seen enjoying Sunny's Radiant Week project. Like Ruby, Jade and Violet always seem to be on opposing ends of arguments, especially when Bella is involved. During " Going Viral", Jade was especially mad at Violet for posting the video. However, they made up so they are assumed to be on friendly terms, even if it is a little tense. Skyler is an anglicized version of the name "Schuyler", it was presumably chosen for the "sky" within the name.In the animated series, Violet's hair is colored with a more deeper tone of purple with streaks of silver and periwinkle.
