The MC does what other overpowered MC's will do, level up non-stop, but without a specific goal beyond "save the world" a lot of the book ends up feeling like an excuse for info dumping. Rather than have monsters and dungeons randomly spawning everywhere, monsters can only come into the world when they are summoned by a human. Using a few hours of one-on-one training and 80% of a slot, the Skill can be upgraded to its full power.

Had the extreme annoyance of 'we now interrupt this story to bring you stats' not been so prevalent this book would have gotten 4 stars. This book has potential, and I'll read the next one, but the ending was one of the worst "non-endings" I've read and the use of brackets was more distracting than typical System books. Lists of skills and summons that do nothing to move the story along but just bloat the word count are obnoxious to the point that I just began to skip them out of hand.Someone who might give advice, stop powerful foes, or maybe just steal fire from the gods themselves.
