About this deal

R.’s nonchalant narration of events, the ridiculously over the top violence (including Pulger angrily tearing apart cuddly toys), and the satire of how those in power act.

They’re teenage alien dropouts with a thing for thermonuclear armaments – it’s Alan Moore and Alan Davis’ D. Wildly offensive tales of alien slime wars, deranged disaster movies, psychotic girlfriends and warped war veterans make for a volatile mix of malicious mayhem and deeply dark humour. All images are owned by their respective copyright owners unless stated and are used for promotional and review purposes. They shared an equal enthusiasm for chaos, mayhem, theft, joy-riding, the wanton destruction of property and the liberal application of weapons-grade explosives.Moore's gift for creating dialogue that sounds naturalistic was one of his biggest influences on the comicbook industry. R." (for "Diminished Responsibility") Dobbs, a scheming criminal mastermind, and Ernest Errol Quinch, his muscular purple-skinned companion in crime, have influenced Earth's history in various anarchic ways. Quinch grabs Chrysoprasia and takes her back to their secret hideout and shows her a lot of home movies showing him and D.

But their drill sergeant is, like, a total square, and then they get posted to this slime-jungle, and some crazy stuff happens. There’s a twist in the tail though, as the homeless guy’s script is all but unreadable due to his terrible handwriting, and they can only make out the words “Oranges” and “Close the Curtains Geoffrey, I’m Amphibious”. I Don't Like the Sound of That Place: The duo's charity project for war-torn veterans from the Ghoyogi Slime Wars, "Massacre House: A charitable institution caring for threatening ugly men with guns and unstable personalities. The characters were intended to appear only once in the pages of 2000 AD, but they became so popular with readers that they would get their own series. Alan Moore (Watchmen, Promethea) and Alan Davis (Captain Britain, X-Men) are proud (and should be ashamed) to present D.R. gets totally in love with this girl, but she's a goody-two-shoes and he starts turning into a total square. Together, these two deeply sociopathic, evilly affable, omnicidal maniacs do as they please, and what pleases them usually involves death and destruction on a tremendous scale; it helps that, in their part of the Milky Way, nuclear warheads are as easily obtainable as a handgun in the Deep South. and Quinch is a heady mix of anarchic humour, over-the-top situations, violence, mayhem and two central characters with an irreverence for anything.
