The only problem I have with it is that velcroing it up is difficult as you have to try to align the two strips of Velcro round the back of your leg and the boot I have is so big I can't see to do so so it takes quite a bit of time, not something I'd be able to do if it started raining whilst out. If you're using the Aircast AirSelect Standard Walker Boot or the Aircast AirSelect Elite Walker Boot, there is a taller, more suitable cover available. It's slightly too short, but otherwise quite a good fit, although there's no way to attach the velcro at the front of the boot.
