Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin has been made by steeping wild-harvested sloe berries for 6 months in Boatyard Double Gin. Then followed the six-month seasoning in a cool dark cupboard before the gentle decanting back into bottles followed by further maturation in the same dark cupboard.

Whilst retaining the distillery's juniper forward method, it’s made with deconstructed Christmas pudding to highlight notes of candied orange, raisin, clove, ginger, nutmeg and more.

Light and elegant on the palate, the floral notes are balanced by the sweetness of the licorice root, with a hint of vanilla that develops on the finish. The collected spirit has pure water added to it before resting for a minimum of 2 weeks before we bottle and label. It is slightly sweeter with a more rounded mouthfeel than a London Dry Gin, with the Pedro Ximénez casks used influencing our Old Tom Gin interpretation.
