The challenge for us when making Height of Arrows was whether we could make a gin with a whisky maker's mindset. This same mind set has been applied to Height of Arrows and hence a complex gin has been born of simplicity, one botanical, juniper enhance with two modifiers, salt and beeswax. On the nose, a balance of clean fresh pine and resin coupled with light citrus with orange zest and lemon on the palate. This Bright expression is multi-shot, which is a gin distilling technique that concentrates botanical flavour. Whisky has a vast array of flavours and we rely on distillers expertise in using just three ingredients, water, malted barley and yeast.
