About this deal

AC3 was the worst game in the series and I hated naval battles in that game and in Black Flag they implemented more naval battles and hence I did not like both of them.

It's not a groundbreaking game, but it's an iteration that better knows how to please the fans of the franchise. I remember nothing about where in the story I was and want to start over fresh but I looked through all the menus and I can't seem to find either a new game or delete data option. One last note is that there are microtransactions in the game, but you can easily ignore them if you choose too and they only act as a method to get better gear and skills faster, but they do not spoil the game in any way nor are they intrusive. However this is where my first plus comes in, at the beginning of every sequence there’s a mission available for Evie in which you look at the impacts of Jacob’s final mission from the previous sequence, and try to fix the damage he’s inevitably caused due to his haste. For the first time, the series allows the player to switch between two lead protagonists, siblings Jacob and Evie Fry. No treachery, no double/triple/quadruple agents (aside from one character, but you can see that from a mile away), no unexpected twists. The characters are interesting and the location where this adventure happens is gory and gorgeous at the same time. Admittedly, these gang upgrades are simply purchased through a sterile menu, but they convey the notion of the 19th-century city as a complex organism.

Redemption of a code and download of the content waives your 14 day right to cancel under the Direct Selling Regulations. The game takes place in London at the close of the Industrial Revolution, and finds players controlling Jacob Frye and his twin sister Evie as they battle the Templars for control of the city's seven boroughs. Eventually, at some point in Sequence 4 or 5, I realised you have to do the “Evie head”, “Jacob head” or “Skull” icons on the map. Police and gangs are as twitchy as ever, regularly instigating mass scuffles when you’re doing nothing more than standing still. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate chooses wisely, leaves out multiplayer entirely, and pushes a lot of that baggage into the background, largely freeing itself up to make the most of Victorian London and have fun with sneaking, climbing, and stabbing. At times it feels like it's going through the motions, but there's still an enjoyable adventure to be found here. They’re both extremely likeable, well-drawn protagonists, and the interaction between the two is laced with a lively sibling rivalry that brings levity to otherwise-earnest cutscenes. People are flocking to London to participate in this new world, a society that is no longer ruled by monarchs, emperors, politicians, or religion, but by a new common denominator: money.
