Anyhow, I believe this is a great 101 on mental health and CBT advice, and has loads of useful help to manage one’s issues. I don't think this book is a magic bullet, reading it didn't "solve" anything for me but it definitely helped a great deal and I'd recommend it to anyone "sciencey" that is interested in their own mental health. It was reassuring to see that some mental health issues (say anxiety and attachment in my case) are so common that there is sufficient material to put together a text book. It is well written, easy to read and understand - and one of the most interesting books I have read in this field.
