For the week that ended on January 8th, it's déjà vu all over again as Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's No Time to Die remained on top of both the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts for a third week, while once again, second and third place on .
Not overly so – it's not up there with Dune in terms of slabs of thumping LFE knocking you off your feet – but it’s got a lovely balance across the entire audio spectrum.I must confess that I am a BIG Bond fan but his offering is not one of my favorites as the ending left me pondering and lost for words. Narratively flawed, but as with many of this year’s blockbuster extravaganzas, it focuses on character and emotion in a way that papers over its obvious issues. It’s not always noticeable in the image but it is consistently present and looks natural and free from any digital tinkering or other noise introduced into the transfer.

What No Time to Die gets right, it gets very right, and the mis steps it makes are small potatoes in contrast to the kinetic brilliance of an action film of this quality. However, the jewel of the supplements is the excellent Being James Bond mini-documentary – this was released on iTunes during the film’s cinematic run and at 45 mins is a fascinating and in-depth chat with Craig, Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson that plays out over some wonderful behind the scenes imagery. Craig goes out in style with a brilliant performance that should once and for all silence those who doubted his commitment to this final film. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice.The 4K version is going for a few quid dearer, in auction's, but to tell you the truth if you have a state of the art tv, 4k player and a brilliant sound system then it would be worth it, but I have a Panasonic Oled tv with it's Thechnics sound bar and a 4k pani player and the Blu-ray upscaled version is just as acceptable in my opinion.
