Description

The only other difference between the software is that the Casio fx-9860GII has 3 additional apps that do not come on the Casio fx-9750GII. The first of these and probably the least used is the "E-ACT" (short for eActivity). This is used to create more complex programs mostly designed for teaching students a math concept. Even thought the fx-9860GII has a larger screen, it still has the same amount of dots or pixels. Both calculators have 128 X 64 dot screens.

The Casio fx-9750GII still does not have the capability to display some expressions as they would appear in a textbook. It still uses the old method of display, using things like small "L"s for fractions and carrots for exponents. The Casio fx-9860GII however can print answers and take input in the way you would see them written out. Below is the same expression written on the Casio fx-9860GII and on the Casio fx-9750GII. ( June 2016) ( Learn how and when to remove this template message)The AU version used to limit the amount of internal flash memory available to 800Kb to meet Australian school regulations, although it has now been upgraded to 1.5MB. The SD variant comes with an SD expansion card slot, allowing read and write access up to 2 GB of memory on a SD memory card. The calculator supports connecting to computer via USB cable. USB connectivity requires installation of USB driver and Program Link software (FA-124) from the bundled CD-ROM. The following list includes the features that the Casio fx-9860GII has and the Casio fx-9750GII does not. Anything not on this list is the same for both calculators. The calculators can be programmed in different ways. The fx-9860G's come with a built-in BASIC-like interpreter ( Casio BASIC), allowing the user to create simple and complex programs using built-in functionality.

Statistical regression graphs (linear, med-med, quadratic, cubic, quartic, logarithmic, exponential, power, sinusoidal, logistic regression) Complete the short form that accompanies your product. The keyboard feels nice, and is very responsive - I actually like it more than the keys on my fx-CG50, though I think I still like the fx-9860G Slim keyboard a tiny bit better. It definitely responds better to weak or off-center presses than the Prizm does.Technical amendments and errors excepted. The sizes in figures do not correspond to the original sizes.

The other difference regarding the screens is that the Casio fx-9860GII has a built in light and the Casio fx-9750 does not. The fx-9860GII's light can be toggled on and off, and is actually very helpful in dark or dimly lit situations. If you require any further information relating to the Delivery service used, please call us at +44 (0)20 8208 9567. The fx-9860 GIII does not seem to have made it's way to Europe yet. Maybe it is not intended for the European market at all. Our nominated carrier is Parcel Force. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 6.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Along with the textbook display the fx-9860GII also gives answers in exact simplest form. This is unlike the Casio fx-9750 which only gives answers in decimal form. Below are some examples of what the fx-9860GII can do in therms of giving exact answers. Both of these calculators have low prices when compared with the rest of the market but there is still a significant price difference. Unlike the fx-CG50, it doesn't currently have the casioplot Python module, so no graphics. I'm not sure if that's coming in the future or not. It's also obviously not a color screen, and the pixel size is in fact a bit smaller than the fx-9860GII and fx-9860G Slim (resolution is still 128x64). I suspect it's about the same as an fx-9750GII, but I don't have one to compare to. The most obvious difference between these two calculators is their screens. The Casio fx-9860GII has a 2.97 inch screen (diagonal) and the Casio fx-9750GII has a 2.56 inch screen. This may seem like a small difference, you can see the difference in the image below. Next is the "S-SHT" (spreadsheet) app. This is just a basic spreadsheet editor where you can enter values or equations into cells and save them for later.
