What do I serve this coconut curry with?

I don't know how authentic it is (probably not at all!), but Chinese curry is something you will always find on the menu at Chinese takeaways in Britain; it is a great example of fusion food! In case you didn’t know, this is essentially a veggie remix of the Chinese Takeout curry in my first book ‘How To Make Anything Gluten-free’. I know most curries are gluten free, but a lot of Chinese takeaways use curry powder that has wheat in it – so remember that!
