For the final flourish, use Builder Gel to encapsulate. Top Tip - use a dotting tool or the brush in the bottle to nudge your heart confetti pieces for the perfect placement. Whichever MyGel Colour you opt for, cure it under your lamp as recommended. Then, apply your layer of Heart Confetti Top Coat and use a dotting tool to help manoeuvre the pieces into place if desired.
