The Christening Cake was just amazing. The attention to every little detail was very evident. It was so wonderful we didn’t want to cut it! When we did we were equally delighted with the taste. Highly recommend this professional service. – H.O (via Facebook) H.OGlitterBug products help to teach good hand hygiene by visually demonstrating to students that their current techniques are not effective. This makes it easier for you to teach proper techniques. So if your job is to teach people about germs and the importance of hand hygiene, GlitterBug means you don’t just tell them about the subject, you give them a fun, interactive and extremely memorable demonstration.

Ask them to rub it in like a moisturiser. After they have washed their hands, the UV torch will generally show glowing Potion left behind on wrists, in nail beds, in finger webbing and so on. GlitterBug Potion is applied to students’ hands and rubbed in all over, including the wrist. It dries invisible. Alternatively spread the powder on a work surface and ask someone to clean it. Again the UV light will show up any areas that have been missed. GlitterBug is a product line that makes hand hygiene education interesting, fun, and memorable. The GlitterBug Potion is a fluorescent lotion that when used with a UV lamp makes it possible to see how well hands are washed. The GlitterBug Powder is used to see how contamination and germs can travel. GlitterBug Gel is an innovative product designed for teaching, testing and evaluating hand-sanitiser application technique.

Here’s a little video we made that uses GlitterBug Potion to show the dangers of cross contamination in the kitchen.

Thank you for the wonderful cake for Alex & Louise ? definitely the nicest dairy free sponge we’ve tried. Just rub the lotion in your hands and place under a UV lamp and any areas that have not been washed properly will show up. The GlitterBug Gel dries invisible. The UV light will show areas that HAVE been touched by the Gel. If GlitterBug Gel was a hand sanitiser (which it isn’t) then they would be sanitised.
