Flexible Edges – Strongly made, the silicone bowl of the spoon has flexible edges and a flat tip, specially designed for cleaning out jars and mixing bowls. The flat bottom edge is perfect, as it makes it easy to scrape the bottom of pan, so food doesn't stick. It also has measure marks on the bowl of the spin although i have found those to be over slightly – but I’m not super picky with that anyway so it doesn’t bother me too much. Cuh-learly they were on a mission to solve every one of your utensil troubles because they designed the Supoon in such a clever way that you'll never (I repeat: never) need a spoon rest again. It works particularly well as a spatula for cake mixing and then for scraping out the mixing bowl and you don't even need a spoon rest when putting it on the work surface.It’s far and away my most precious kitchen item (that’s why I have two), and I’ve given several more as gifts, with ringing endorsements. The additional “thing” that I like about them, is they add a “pop” of color to my kitchen when in use. Great little spoon - if I'm taking a yoghurt in a packed lunch, or any meal in a plastic lunchbox where it's hard to get into the corners, I use this.
